Return Policy

Returns must be authorized by customer service rep. Customers must provide a return tracking number and items to be returned in order to receive a refund.


All items should be in brand new condition and ship in it's original product packaging. Please provide your order number in reason for return.


Put your order number on the box and securely pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.


Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to original method of payment (minus any original shipping cost or an exchange made).


In case of an exchange there would be an additional shipping cost for exchange items. All carrier cost including the original shipping charges and shipping charges include for any returns or exchanges are not refundable. 


Please read before burning your luxury candle.


It is not safe to move a burning candle or move it while it is still hot. May cause minor to severe burns. Only move while cool and flames have been successfully put out. Also moving a liquefied candle may result in an uneven wax build up, in which could affect the future flame quality of your luxury candle. Please do not leave a candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.  Burn candles in an empty space on a level surface free from obstructions and or objects. Burning candles is your responsibility, so please use caution.
